There are a number of reasons why you may be unable to log in to your account. Below are some of the most common scenarios.


An account was created with your information

If you were notified about an account that you didn’t create, email [email protected]. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your account is on hold

If unusual activity is detected, MoneyUp will place a temporary hold on your account to review the activity. Holds will be removed once your account is deemed secure.

If you’re unable to access your account due to a temporary hold, email [email protected]. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your account was closed

If your account was closed and you’d like us to review the case separately, email [email protected]. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
